How much will my website cost?
The cost of a web development project with our firm is based on your project and can vary a lot. Since most of our projects are custom tailored for your needs, the more technical or design intensive, the more expensive it will be.
To give you a better idea of pricing here are some things to consider when beginning the website design and development process.
For Informational Sites
– How much content you have that needs to be formatted and styled.
– How many images you provide versus how many stock images we need to create for you.
– The intensity of the design of the website and how many revisions you make.
For E-commerce Websites
– How many landing pages you need set-up.
– How much content you have that needs to be formatted and styled.
– How many products you have and how many images you have per product.
– What type of shipping.
– Check out options.
– The complexity of the design.
– Any custom check out solutions.

But, I can get it done cheaper elsewhere…
Yes, you absolutely can get it at a lower cost but you can also get it at a higher cost. You can go to 10 different companies and get 10 different prices and 10 different results. This applies to any professional service.
You take a much higher risk in working with those low budget, discount “web design” companies as they don’t necessarily know what it really takes to make a successful project. When building a professional website you really do get what you pay for.
As a web development business, it is possible we could make more by charging less. However, in order to charge less it would require us to lower our standards, provide poor support (if any at all), reduce our quality of work and we would be impossible to get on the phone.
We know a lot of web design companies in Las Vegas and they can make a great sales pitch. The fact is, with discount agencies (or individuals/freelancers), once your check clears their job is done. Why can they do this? They can do this because they run their business as 90% sales, and 10% performance.
As a result, you’ll find few returning clients and even fewer reputable brands working with these companies.
We work with internationally recognized brands and publicly traded companies. A large percentage of our clients continue to work with us and bring us new projects and recurring business.
How long will my project take?
Project completion times are variable and depend on complexity of the project, development needs and our current workload at the time of beginning your project. Typically, we complete projects within 3 – 8 weeks. Completion times depend greatly on client involvement and client response time. If a client takes 1-2 weeks to get back to us regarding questions we have, it delays the project 1-2 weeks.
We prefer to work with well-organized clients who provide us with everything we request within a couple of days after project commencement. We’ll be able to finish quickly and get you on your way!
How many projects do you do at a time?
As a boutique-style web development agency with a small development staff we do not take on more work than we can handle.
Given the fact that MOST of our clients’ have had the displeasure of working with a non-responsive web designer, we only accept work that we can realistically accept at any given time. Be that one large project, or 4-5 smaller projects.
We respect you as a business owner, and we will be open and transparent about our turn-around-times to the best of our ability.
What if I’m not happy?
During the design process phase we will communicate with you and send you visual updates of your project.
We have no problem accepting constructive criticism. We expect back-and-forth with our clients during the design phase – there are always revisions, additions, tweaks and changes to make the website just right for you and your business. If there is something that you forgot to include into the project we ask for you to bring that up after we finish the project scope to meet the original deadlines and launch dates.
We like it when our clients challenge us – it’s what makes projects better.
Once we enter the development phase, it is more difficult to make revisions. So we ask for all visual changes to be addressed during the design phase.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the progress of the project after the Design Phase, we ask that you talk to us about it so that we can rectify the issues immediately.
Please do not wait until after the project is live to express your frustrations it may be something simple that could have been addressed right away.
Do I own my website?
Yes, you own the website that we build for you, it’s 100% yours.
We do not offer website leasing programs, have required monthly contracts or monthly fees after we build your site the way many other web design companies do. Upon completion, we will upload your files to your hosting account and upon request, deliver website files via dropbox.
Do you offer monthly maintenance and support?
Many of our clients choose us over other Las Vegas web design companies because we do not require monthly maintenance contracts and all the products we build our yours (no weird licensing etc).
However, if you do wish to sign up for our maintenance services we offer a great business package through our partner brand WP MayDay:
Please contact us to learn more.
If you would like to have your website hosted by us we include that service for free in 3 months and $20 a month after that, if you sign up for monthly maintenance this fee is waived.
Does you offer any discounts or incentives?
Sorry we don’t.
All our pricing is very straight forward and outlined in the contract you sign before you get started. Their are NO hidden fees.
If the project changes and the cost will be higher we will notify you before doing any additional work and discuss why this is happening and exactly what it is (most likely you requested additional features that weren’t outlined in the “Project Scope”).
Do you offer packages?
Not really… all our projects are specifically tailored for your business and your business goals. We believe “packages” is a way for other web companies to give their clients a sub par product over and over again quickly with a higher profit margin. This is not something we stand for.
Do we provide hosting?
If you would like to have your website hosted on our shared server, we include that for free for the first 3 months. After that it’s $20 a month (paid yearly) and includes 24/7 hosting support.
Do you make website updates?
Yes, all website maintenance and support is handled by our partner company WP MayDay.
What do I need to move forward?
Professional business website development projects require a lot of client involvement. You will need to be sure you’re prepared before moving forward or even begin calling around to get pricing information.
When you ready give us a call at 702 997 2008, or fill out the form on this page.
Do you offer copywriting? or will you help me create content?
We can assist you with writing search engine friendly website content as well as helping you create the assets you need, some of this is included in the project scope but copywriting is not. We recommend that all businesses work with professional copywriters to assist them with their website content if they not already have it available for us to use. Professional copywriters can take your website from “ok” to “spectacular” if it is well written.
Having copy that is specifically written for the web is also important, search engines needs to be able to find your website and having well written SEO friendly text is the ground work for this to happen.
Cost: $30-50 an hour depending on the subject matter.
What is WordPress and should I use it?
It is a common misconception that building a website in WordPress means building a website from a template or a theme. That is absolutely not the case.
WordPress is a Content Management System, also known as (CMS), platform that enables a client to make website content edits in-house from a user-friendly back-end administration section. The front-end of the website can look like ANYTHING and have WordPress running behind it.
Many clients request WordPress and we are very well versed in it’s capabilities. If clients come to us and ask that we maintain their website, we will recommend NOT using WordPress simply because it will slim down file sizes and reduce unnecessary styling. However, if you want the ability to make site edits on your own, WordPress is a great option.

Should I use WordPress for my E-commerce website?
It all depends on what kind of e-commerce store you are looking to build. If you need a simple solution with 1-20 products that is very straight forward we suggest WordPress with the Woo-commerce add on. If you are looking for something more custom with tons of shipping options etc we recommend Magento. The biggest culprit here is the cost. Developing a WordPress website is 3-4 times cheaper then a Magento solution.
